Saturday, another sunny day, fairly warm, decided to travel over to Coney Island... Boy, definitely want to go back there in summer months... Gees, how many times will I need to come back here? All the shops on the boardwalk were closed for the season with the exception of Nathan's which has a few clock counting down to July 4th... On Saturday, 187 days, whatever number of hours, minutes and seconds, too cool! to the next hot dog eating contest, ya' gotta' wonder, huh? The latest numbers: 69 - a Joey Chestman; 45 - the woman's record, sorry, can't remember her name, all this in 10 minutes, if I have the info correct... I think I developed a stomach ache, just thinking about it, yuck! Headed over to Macy's to p/u a couple of souvenirs, even had dinner there, then home, sweet home... Another good day... h
